Alex is the founder, director & host of Common Cents. With a background in business journalism, Alex is a personal finance and millennial money expert, with expertise in digital and social media content, marketing and strategy. She has a master's degree in business/broadcast journalism from Northwestern University's Medill School of Journalism.

Alex has expanded her work with Common Cents to partner with local school systems in Atlanta, GA, in order to educate young people on personal finance, career and more and help set them up for future success.
